1.  Do Now-Write a thank you note to a friend who gave you onion and garlic flavored chewing gum.
2.  Go over new vocabulary.
3.  Have students create words with roots, prefixes, and suffixes.
4.  Go over words created.
5.  Have students start the 5 activities per word.
