1. Do Now-page 48 of Reading Advantage.  Read the article on “War of the Worlds” and answer questions.
2. Answer questions on back.
3. Review text structures.
4. Finish text Powerpoint on Generalization.
5. Read “The Census of the Seas”
6. Do crossword on back
7. Text structures/double entry journal
8. Find 3 words and define.
9. Students will find the title and paragraphs using green and orange crayons
10. Write two BIG FAT questions.
11. Make one generalization statement concerning the article.
12. Quiz on Text Structures on Wednesday
